Qi-Gong

Qi Gong is a concept of movement, concentration and mediation from China and is one of the pillars of traditional Chinese medicine.

We can translate it as “work of vital energy” or “breath training”. His very particular mode of action is based on the link between breath and movement.

In our teaching we pass on the “exercises of the art of the silk weaver”.

Our courses are for everyone, young, old, men, women, children.

Qi Gong aims to harmonize regulate the vital energy “Qi” in the human body.

According to Chinese Traditional Medicine (TCM), diseases are the result of energy variations / inconsistencies in the body as a whole. To restore these imbalances and not let them settle Qi Gong should be practiced regularly.
