Art du Mouvement

Strengthen and develop body and mind with gymnastics, bodybuilding, aikido, alone or in pairs, and with weapons training and acrobatics.

The goal of teaching is to make work and evolve both the body and the mind. This training unit targets the learning of “letting go” and “emptying” to be able to follow the specific exercises offered without resistance or a priori. Over time, misconceptions like “I’m not able to do it” will be permanently erased from the mind.

Each class begins with gymnastics and bodybuilding exercises. Specific movements (ground or standing) are intended to relax and strengthen muscles and joints.

After the warm-up, classes vary with pairs of stretches, various movements linked to aikido and kung-fu, jumping and throwing techniques, but also acrobatics and combat, sometimes even with weapons. like the wooden sword, the shinai or the stick.

Have confidence in your own body and feel fully grounded in the “here and now”. Live in an enlightened way and without a priori in the present moment.

To learn about Art of movement

Art du Mouvement

Detach from body as well as mind to fully focus on the exercises and the present moment. It also means going further and leaving the “comfort zone” to be able to perform exercises that you thought you could not do.

To probe his subconscious, to analyze it and to modify his way of being to let the body and the mind express itself freely.

Exercises such as stretching, fighting with or without weapons, but also throwing exercises require a high degree of confidence, will, sincerity and mental strength; qualities that are driven here.

If I am the one who attacks I will not hesitate, but I have full confidence in myself and my partner who defends himself.

To attack with all his strength and power with a wooden sword or appropriate technique and / or defend himself with such fervor, requires a clear and strong spirit.

Such paired exercises require both the attacker and the defender to have great confidence and self-esteem, sensitivity and the ability to work in pairs as well as to win.
